TERMS & CONDITIONS

磅洗及乾洗服務條款及細則:

  1. 顧客須自行檢查及確保交來磅洗及乾洗的衣物適合水洗/乾洗及(如適用)以高溫乾衣機烘乾, 本公司沒有責任亦不會檢查顧客交來的衣物是否適合磅洗/乾洗或高溫處理。

  2. 本公司不會就任何因洗衣或乾衣過程造成的損毀,褪色,縮水,遺失或變形作出任何賠償或承擔任何責任。

  3. 顧客須自行檢查及確保交來磅洗及乾洗的衣物中沒有任何財物或貴重物品。本公司不會就任何財物或貴重物品的遺失或損毀作出任何賠償或承擔任何責任。反之,如本公司的機器因顧客的物品造成任何損毀,本公司保留追究的權利。

  4. 顧客須清楚了解磅洗及乾洗服務只能基本清洗衣物,或許不能為衣物起漬。

  5. 本公司在任何情況下無須對顧客或其他人等為包括但不限於以下事情負責:任何因電力、水、煤氣或供應給本公司/本店之其他服務發生任何缺陷或故障而造成的任何損失;任何因颱風、暴雨、煙、火、氣味或其他物質或於本店內發生之滲漏或水浸事故而造成之任何損失或傷害,或導致任何干擾或不便;任何因自然損耗或蟲蛀而造成的任何損失;任何因暴動,騷亂或戰爭而造成的任何損失;任何財物失竊或遺失(即使本公司已安裝防盜警報系統,惟本公司不會對存放於店內之衣物負上任何保安責任)。

  6. 顧客必須憑單取回衣物。本公司只會向持單者交付衣物,而沒有責任檢查持單者是否衣物擁有人。顧客如遺失單據,須簽署彌償書並繳付港幣二十元手續費。

  7. 顧客須於本店發出取衣短訊後的六十天內取回衣物。本公司有權在六十天限期後收取磅洗衣物每日每磅$1及乾洗衣物每日每件$1的存倉費。如顧客在取衣短訊後的九十天仍未取回衣物,本公司有權處置相關衣物而不會作出任何通知。

  8. 本公司責任只限於金錢上的損失,在任何情況下本公司對顧客的最高責任為顧客在相關單據上相關項目下的消費金額的五倍(不論衣物的實際價值)。

  9. 非本條款及細則的合約方無權根據《合約(第三者權利)條例》(第623 章)(「第三者條例」)強制執行或享有本條款及細則的任何條款項下的利益。為免生疑問,非按第三者條例而存在的第三者權利,或第三者非按第三者條例而可獲的補救,概不受此條款影響。

  10. 本條款及細則受香港法例管轄及以香港法例作詮釋。

  11. 如有任何爭議,本公司保留最終決定權。

自助洗衣服務條款及細則:

  1. 顧客須自行檢查及確保自助洗衣及烘乾的衣物適合水洗及以高溫乾衣機烘乾,本公司沒有責任亦不會檢查顧客自助洗乾的衣物是否適合洗衣處理。

  2. 本公司不會就任何因自助洗衣或乾衣過程造成的損毀,褪色,縮水,遺失或變形作出任何賠償或承擔任何責任。

  3. 顧客須自行檢查及確保交來磅洗及乾洗的衣物中沒有任何財物或貴重物品。本公司不會就任何財物或貴重物品的遺失或損毀作出任何賠償或承擔任何責任。反之,如本公司的機器因顧客的物品造成任何損毀,本公司保留追究的權利。

  4. 顧客須清楚了解磅洗及乾洗服務只能基本清洗衣物,或許不能為衣物起漬。

  5. 顧客須待自助洗乾服務完成後盡快取回衣物,否則:本店店員有權代為取出機內衣物,以保障其他客人使用自助洗衣服務之權利;若其他顧客自行把機內衣物取出而造成任何財物失竊或遺失,本公司恕不負責。

  6. 本公司在任何情況下無須對顧客或其他人等為包括但不限於以下事情負責:任何因電力、水、煤氣或供應給本公司/本店之其他服務發生任何缺陷或故障而造成的任何損失;任何因颱風、暴雨、煙、火、氣味或其他物質或於本店內發生之滲漏或水浸事故而造成之任何損失或傷害,或導致任何干擾或不便;任何因自然損耗或蟲蛀而造成的任何損失;任何因暴動,騷亂或戰爭而造成的任何損失;任何財物失竊或遺失(即使本公司已安裝防盜警報系統,惟本公司不會對存放於店內之衣物負上任何保安責任)。

Terms and Conditions of Wash & Fold and Dry Cleaning Services:

  1. Customers must check and ensure that garments submitted for bulk washing or dry cleaning are suitable for water washing, dry cleaning, and (if applicable) high-temperature drying. The Company bears no responsibility and will not inspect whether garments are suitable for bulk washing, dry cleaning, or high-temperature processing.

  2. The Company will not be liable for any compensation or responsibility for any damage, fading, shrinkage, loss, or deformation caused during the washing or drying process.

  3. Customers must check and ensure that no valuables or personal items are left in garments submitted for bulk washing or dry cleaning. The Company will not be liable for any compensation or responsibility for the loss or damage of any valuables or personal items. Conversely, if any damage is caused to the Company’s machines due to customers’ items, the Company reserves the right to pursue claims.

  4. Customers must understand that bulk washing and dry cleaning services provide basic cleaning only and may not remove stains from garments.

  5. Under no circumstances will the Company be liable to customers or others for, including but not limited to, the following: Any loss caused by defects or failures in electricity, water, gas, or other services supplied to the Company or its premises. Any loss or injury caused by typhoons, heavy rain, smoke, fire, odors, or other substances, or any leakage or flooding incidents occurring on the premises, or any resulting interference or inconvenience. Any loss caused by natural wear and tear or insect damage. Any loss caused by riots, disturbances, or wars. Any theft or loss of property (even if the Company has installed an anti-theft alarm system, the Company assumes no security responsibility for garments stored on the premises).

  6. Customers must present their receipt to retrieve garments. The Company will only release garments to the receipt holder and is not responsible for verifying whether the receipt holder is the garment owner. If a customer loses their receipt, they must sign an indemnity form and pay a handling fee of HK$20.

  7. Customers must retrieve their garments within 60 days of receiving the Company’s pick-up notification via WhatsApp. The Company reserves the right to charge a storage fee of HK$1 per pound per day for bulk-washed garments and HK$1 per item per day for dry-cleaned garments after the 60-day period. If garments remain uncollected 90 days after the pick-up notification, the Company reserves the right to dispose of the garments without further notice.

  8. The Company’s liability is limited to monetary losses. In any case, the Company’s maximum liability to a customer shall not exceed five times the amount spent by the customer on the relevant service as indicated on the relevant receipt (regardless of the actual value of the garments).

  9. No person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623) ("Third Parties Ordinance") to enforce or enjoy any benefits under these Terms and Conditions. For the avoidance of doubt, any third-party rights or remedies that exist independently of the Third Parties Ordinance are not affected by this clause.

  10. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.

  11. In case of any disputes, the Company reserves the right to make the final decision.

Terms and Conditions of Self-service laundry service :

  1. Customers must check and ensure that garments intended for self-service washing and drying are suitable for water washing and high-temperature drying. The Company bears no responsibility and will not inspect whether garments are suitable for self-service laundry processes.

  2. The Company will not be liable for any compensation or responsibility for any damage, fading, shrinkage, loss, or deformation caused during the self-service washing or drying process.

  3. Customers must check and ensure that no valuables or personal items are left in garments submitted for bulk washing or dry cleaning. The Company will not be liable for any compensation or responsibility for the loss or damage of any valuables or personal items. Conversely, if any damage is caused to the Company’s machines due to customers’ items, the Company reserves the right to pursue claims.

  4. Customers must understand that bulk washing and dry cleaning services provide basic cleaning only and may not remove stains from garments.

  5. Customers must promptly retrieve their garments after completing self-service washing or drying. Otherwise Staff may remove garments from machines to ensure other customers’ access to self-service laundry facilities. The Company will not be responsible for any theft or loss of items if other customers remove garments from machines.

  6. Under no circumstances will the Company be liable to customers or others for, including but not limited to, the following: Any loss caused by defects or failures in electricity, water, gas, or other services supplied to the Company or its premises. Any loss or injury caused by typhoons, heavy rain, smoke, fire, odors, or other substances, or any leakage or flooding incidents occurring on the premises, or any resulting interference or inconvenience. Any loss caused by natural wear and tear or insect damage. Any loss caused by riots, disturbances, or wars. Any theft or loss of property (even if the Company has installed an anti-theft alarm system, the Company assumes no security responsibility for garments stored on the premises).
