1. 顧客須自行檢查及確保交來磅洗及乾洗的衣物適合水洗/乾洗及（如適用）以高溫乾衣機烘乾，本公司沒有責任亦不會檢查顧客交來的衣物是否適合磅洗/乾洗或高溫處理。

2. 顧客須清楚了解磅洗及乾洗服務只能基本清洗衣物，或許不能為衣物起漬。

3. 顧客必須憑單取回衣物。本公司只會向持單者交付衣物，而沒有責任檢查持單者是否衣物擁有人。顧客如遺失單據，須簽署彌償書並繳付港幣二十元手續費。

4. 顧客須於本店發出取衣短訊後的六十天內取回衣物。本公司有權在六十天限期後收取磅洗衣物每日每磅$1及乾洗衣物每日每件$1的存倉費。如顧客在取衣短訊後的九十天仍未取回衣物，本公司有權處置相關衣物而不會作出任何通知。

1. Customers are required to check and ensure that the clothes are suitable for washing/dry cleaning and (if applicable) drying in a high-temperature clothes dryer. We are not responsible for and will not check whether the clothes are suitable for washing/dry cleaning or high-temperature treatment.

2. Customers must clearly understand that laundry and dry cleaning services can only basically clean clothes and may not remove stains from clothes.

3. Customers must present the receipt to retrieve the clothing. We will only deliver the clothing to the receipt holder and have no responsibility to check whether the receipt holder is the owner of the clothing. Customers are required to sign a letter of indemnity and pay a handling fee of HK$20 if the receipt is lost.

4. Customers are required to pick up their clothing within 60 days of the notice of collection.  We reserve the right to charge a storage fee of $1 per pound per day for wash & fold laundry and $1 per item per day for dry cleaning after 60 days. If the customer has not collected the clothes 90 days after the notice of collection, the company reserves the right to dispose of the relevant clothes without any notice.
